Thomas W.G. Scholten has been a familiar face at Hubermont for 15 years as Manager and Host. After gaining many years of experience in the higher segments of the hospitality industry around the world, he found his home at Hubermont. This special place fits seamlessly with his vision and passion for hospitality.

Isabelle Becarren - Maintenance
Isabelle has been taking care of the cleaning, kitchen and general maintenance of our buildings with great dedication for many years. Thanks to her efforts, everything remains neat, tidy and in order. As a familiar face in our team, and as a neighbour, she knows our place like no other. Her experience and eye for detail make her indispensable in the day-to-day running of our organisation.
Ann Joris - Administration and accounting
Ann Joris joined Hubermont in the summer of 2024 and is responsible for the financial side of the organisation. With a degree in Accountancy and Taxation, Ann has a strong foundation for meticulously monitoring all processes. Her interest in numbers began at a young age, and she derives great energy from organising the administration and doting the i's and crossing the t's.
For Ann, however, Hubermont is more than just a workplace. It is a special place where people can relax, enjoy the beautiful view and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind them. With her dedication and enthusiasm, Ann feels completely at home at Hubermont, and we are delighted that she shares her knowledge and passion with us.
Heidi Hendrickx - Sales, HR and Administration
Heidi began her career at Hubermont in the summer of 2009, after graduating, as operations manager alongside Thomas Scholten. She loved the unique location, the international atmosphere and the opportunity to learn about all aspects of hospitality. These years taught her a great deal and laid the foundation for her future career. After a few years, Heidi left Hubermont to travel for an extended period.
She returned in 2021 and now works part-time behind the scenes at Hubermont, managing sales, HR and all kinds of other tasks. For her, it feels like coming home. The atmosphere, the cosiness of the building and the beautiful views continue to surprise her time and again. With a glass of red wine, a good conversation and a roaring fire, she always finds peace there, on that hill in the Ardennes.
