What is Hubermont Space?
Hubermont Space is an exclusive group accommodation in the Ardennes, suitable for business meetings and holidays with family or friends.

Where is Hubermont Space located?
In Ortho, near La Roche-en-Ardenne, on a hill overlooking the valley.

What accommodation is available?
Two buildings: La Colline (20 rooms) and La Vallée (10 rooms), both with private bathrooms and meeting facilities.

What is the maximum capacity?
Up to 60 people in total in both buildings combined.

Is the location exclusive to one group?
Yes, every booking is exclusive; you do not share the building with other groups.

For business customers

What facilities are available for meetings?
The entire building is available for the group. There are several meeting rooms and break-out rooms available.

Are there break-out rooms available?
Yes, both buildings have rooms for group assignments or informal sessions.

Does Hubermont Space offer team-building activities?
Yes, in collaboration with regional partners, various indoor and outdoor activities are possible.

Can I request catering for my business event?
Yes, an all-inclusive catering service is available with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Is technical support available?
Basic facilities such as projectors and flipcharts are available; specific requirements can be discussed.

For private guests

Can I rent the location for a family weekend?
Yes, during weekends and holidays, the buildings are available as holiday homes for families and groups of friends.

What are the rental prices?
Prices vary per building and length of stay. Please contact us and we will make you a suitable offer.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request, with a surcharge of €10 per animal per night.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, the minimum stay depends on the period and type of booking.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, €1,000 for La Colline and €750 for La Vallée; this will be refunded within 14 days of departure if there is no damage.

Are bed linen and towels included?
No, these are available at an additional cost of €18 per person for self-service rentals.

Facilities and services

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available on the ground floor of both buildings.

Is there parking available?
Yes, free and ample parking is available on site.

Are there leisure facilities?
Yes, such as a sauna, pool table, fireplace, campfire and a garden with panoramic views.

Is there a wine cellar?
Yes, La Colline has an underground wine cellar with a selection of interesting wines.

Is it possible to charge electric cars?
No, we do not (yet) have charging stations on site.
