Professional group accommodation

La Vallée is an exclusive group accommodation for up to 20 guests. All 10 twin bedrooms have private bathrooms and direct access to the garden.

The large central room of approximately 80 m² accommodates up to 20 people and is multifunctional: equipped with tables and chairs, flipcharts, a projector, and a projection screen. This flexible space allows for meetings with or without tables, as well as workshops. The room also features a cozy lounge with a fireplace — perfect for relaxing by the fire while enjoying views of the valley and the sunset.

The second lounge and breakout space are also equipped with flipcharts, ideal for working in smaller groups in peace and privacy. Wi-Fi is available in all shared areas of the building.

The kitchen is semi-professionally equipped, allowing the chef to work comfortably. The dining table seats 10, while for larger groups the tables in the main room can be combined to form a long dining table.

Rates La Vallée

La Vallée can be rented for a maximum of 20 people.

LOW SEASON (Nov–Mar):
2 nights: €2250 / extra night: €875

HIGH SEASON (Apr–Oct):
2 nights: €3000 / extra night: €1250

PEAK WEEKENDS (Ascension, Pentecost, All Saints):
3 nights: €4500 / extra night: €2000

These prices are exclusive of VAT and bed linen.

Deposit €750.00 per stay
Cleaning €350.00 per stay

After a damage-free stay, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure. Cleaning, tourist tax and deposit are mandatory. Tourist tax of £1.00 per person per night will be charged.

Extras available (excluding VAT):

Bed linen and towels €18.00 per person

Wood basket €35.00 per basket

Dogs allowed on request + €10.00 per dog/per night

Drinks such as water, soft drinks, beers and wines are not included in the quote and will be invoiced afterwards according to consumption.

Possibility to rent La Colline & La Vallée together for a maximum of 60 people.

Please note: Loud noise, fireworks, high decibels and parties are prohibited as it is important for us and the neighbourhood to respect and preserve the natural and peaceful environment.

Modern bedrooms

The modern bedrooms at La Vallée offer comfort and tranquillity. Luxurious private bathrooms ensure a relaxing stay. All 10 rooms have a view and direct access to the garden.

There are 3 double rooms, and 7 twin rooms, all with a private bathroom.

Country estate

Behind the building is a large area with various meadows and a panoramic view of the Ardennes, towards Luxembourg and the Ourthe valley. Guests can use the garden to relax or organise outdoor activities with a coach. When the weather is nice, it is also a wonderful place to enjoy meals or coffee breaks.
