La Colline

La Colline is an exclusive group accommodation for 40 guests.

La Colline consists of three interconnected buildings: the oldest part, L’École (a former school from 1860), is now set up as a plenary meeting space for the entire group and connects to the former farmhouse, which houses 5 rooms. The large main building offers an additional 15 rooms, a dining area, a bistro with wine cellar, café, sauna, and lounge where you can relax after an active day.

La Colline has a total of 20 hotel rooms: each room features a private bathroom and comes with bed and bath linen. There are 15 twin rooms, 1 double room, and 4 double rooms with an extra single bed. Every room has a desk and a wardrobe. Groups can work together in one multifunctional space using an overhead projector or flipcharts, or split up into the different subrooms. This way, you can combine privacy, space, and efficiency. Wi-Fi is available on the ground floor throughout the building.

Rates La Colline

La Colline can be rented for a maximum of 40 people.

LOW SEASON (Nov–Mar):
2 nights: €3500 / extra night: €1250

HIGH SEASON (Apr–Oct):
2 nights: €4500 / extra night: €1750

PEAK WEEKENDS (Ascension, Pentecost, All Saints):
3 nights: €7000 / extra night: €2500

These prices are exclusive of VAT and bed linen.

Deposit €1,000.00 per stay
Cleaning €450.00 per stay

After a damage-free stay, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure. Cleaning, tourist tax and deposit are mandatory. Tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night will be charged.

Extras available (excluding VAT):

Bed linen and towels €18.00 per person
Wood basket €35.00 per basket
L'école meeting room €175.00 per day
Dogs allowed on request + €10.00 per dog/per night

Drinks such as water, soft drinks, beers and wines are not included in the quote and will be invoiced afterwards according to consumption.

Possibility to rent La Colline & La Vallée together for a maximum of 60 people.

Please note: Loud noise, fireworks, high decibels and parties are prohibited, as it is important for us and the neighbourhood to respect and preserve the natural and peaceful environment.

Spaces La Colline

Groups can meet or work in the same space or they can split up in smaller groups and work in smaller meeting rooms. Numerous tools, such as flipcharts and overhead projectors are provided. This allows for the perfect mixture of space and efficiency. There is free WIFI on the ground floor of the entire building.

Corner with fireplace

In the seating area, you can enjoy a pleasant chat at the bar or by the fireplace. Formal conversations flow seamlessly into informal conversations here. Various types of Belgian beer are available for you to enjoy.

The Restaurant

The restaurant, with its panoramic view, can seat 60 guests for meals. The kitchen is semi-industrial, allowing the Hubermont chef to work comfortably. In one corner of the restaurant, there is also a fireplace and a bar: a great place for an aperitif or coffee. The dining room opens onto the garden with a terrace and beautiful unobstructed views.

Bistro with wine cellar

An exquisite selection of wines can be sampled in the cosy setting of the bistro with wine cellar.
Well preserved, underground, as befits a wine cellar.

Here too, you can enjoy the informal setting after a busy day.

Country estate

Behind the building is a large area with various meadows and a panoramic view of the Ardennes, towards Luxembourg and the Ourthe valley. Guests can use the garden to relax or organise outdoor activities with a coach. When the weather is nice, it is also a wonderful place to enjoy meals or coffee breaks.
